Spine training
Keeping the spine fitt. In this class we use flexible support surface (Fitt ball) as an aid to help the vertebral discs healthy. Moving the limbs also help the movement of the spine. The goal is to balance the physiological curves, extend the movement range, keep movements pain free in every direction, and reduce pain in the already affected areas. It plays an important part to teach the right posture and to improve bodyawareness.
