As it is indicated the name, attending these classes will help you to imrove your physical condition to develop, enhance and maintain cardiovascular endurance. and depending on the intesity of the training can have a fat burning affect as well. The class cosnsist of easy step combinations, without choreography. To build up a more succesful and fun training our teachers use many equipments such as step, resistance band, core-board,Xco-trainer, soft ball, pump, light hand weights.
